Roles and Responsibilities:

 

• You will interact with Client / business to understand the requirements at first hand together with BA and come up with QA Plan / estimates

• You will be responsible for both verification and validation of the proposed solution at the various stages • You will be leading the team of QA, to come up with all-inclusive Test Scenarios and Test Scripts

• You will be responsible for establishing the QA processes

• You will act as a gate keeper to ensure quality of the deliverables Desired candidates:

• Should have 2+ years of overall experience in QA

• Should have more than 1+ years of experience in automation testing.

• Should have more than 1+ years of experience in Salesforce QA

• Should have good understanding of Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud

• Should have Strong presentation skills

• Should have Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment

• Knowledge of Agile, JIRA, would be an added advantage

• Knowledge of Health Cloud or Non-Profit Success Pack will be an added advantage • Having any Salesforce certification would be an added advantage • Any Bachelor or Master’s degree in a business-oriented or technical discipline.
